Connect remotely with your Hearing Aid Center staff (HACs).

Connect with your Costco Hearing Aid Center staff via remote support.
  1. Download the Easy Line Remote app for Android from the Google Play store or for iOS from the Apple App store.
  2. Connect your hearing aids to the Easy Line Remote app. View a video on how to connect your hearing aids to the app.
  3. Launch remote support at your scheduled appointment time. Please contact your Hearing Aid Center staff for a remote support appointment. Here there are the remote support tips and tricks for members before starting your scheduled appointment.
