Why can’t I use the Easy Line Remote app on my smartphone?  

 

To successfully download and use the Easy Line Remote app- check the following: 

  1. Check that you have a good online connection via Wi-Fi or mobile data while downloading and initializing the app. 
  2. Check that you have a compatible smartphone: 
Minimum requirements:
  		      
iPhone
iOS Version 12.0
Bluetooth version 4.2 or newer 		    Android
Android OS version 7.0
Bluetooth version 4.2 or newer 

  

  • Check whether there is an OS update available for your smartphone which fulfills the minimum requirements. 
  • Check if your hearing aids support Bluetooth connectivity.
