Why is the TV sound through my hearing aids too loud when I turn the TV on?
Different audio sources can have different output volumes.
a. If your TV Connector is connected via the Toslink cable, adjust the volume of the television using the push buttons on your wireless hearing aids.
b. If your TV Connector is connected via the 3.5mm audio cable, adjust the volume of the television using the volume controls of the television.
If you continue to have problems with volume adjustments, contact your hearing care professional.
